For alert message of corporate action and corporate meeting, clients can go to details page and click 'response' button and submit their compose message but user is not receive the email for these.

This issue is caused by the incorrect object casting in the code. Patch had been provided on 18-05-2016.

This issue is caused by the incorrect object casting in the code. The patch is delivered in email titled Re: [Request ID :##3115##] : eCustody - Corporate Admin (User Maintenance).

Also, the column length seem not correct after compared with my local table. In table CUSTODY_USER_ACTIVITY, the column length of TRANS_DESC should be 1024, however the error indicates the length is only 255.

Provided sql query to increase the column length, if the column length is less than 1024,
alter table custody_user_activity modify trans_desc varchar2(1024);
