Hi,
Kindly attend below request.
Please help to check below issue.
1. eIBFT tranx not display in authorization list for this approver because there is no access matrix setup for this company
2. CA set the access matrix and key in “1” at group A for Amount up to RM100,000
3. eIBFT trnx successfuly display in authorization list but approver cannot approve eibft trnx - Error message of "authorization failed"
4. Approver able to approve other trnx (eg: IBG trnx)

- Status changed from New - Begin Life Cycle to Pending Customer Feedback
Suggest to ignore old transaction and perform new ones
as old transaction was performed before setting the approval matrix.
The transactions is not tied to any approvers.
