The root cause and scenario of this issue as below,
1. During login, system will perform comparison for two tables (provider_user and provider) to make sure all providers is inserted into provider_user table for the user.
2. During the comparison, for provider HONG KONG, the provider name in provider_user table is 'HONGKONG', where as in provider table, the name is 'HONG KONG', This difference leads system to create a new provider access for HONG KONG again in provider_user table.
3. Since the provider name for HONG KONG is not tally for both table, thus each time of login, system will recreate a new provider access for HONG KONG. And, this leads to duplicate of provider access.
Solution :
1. Fix and change existing code in login action, to remove the space between provider name during the comparison between provider_user and provider table.
2. Provide sql queries for data patching, to delete those duplicate access from provider_user table.
Patch has been released on 25-05-2016.
