Issue cannot be replicated in SIT/UAT environment. Suspect this issue only occurs in production and start happening after recent update on production server(changes from root to non root user).
The update was done by Inteksoft, Teo and Matrade Admin Site. Require their input on this issue.

It is caused by the user used in the production server not having the proper JAVA environment exported.
There is no code changes required on the resolution.
Issue closed.
