For First issue,
Pending customer feedback on the checking of checker provider access. This issue should due to no Vietnam access for checker user.
For second issue,
It is an data issue. This issue only happens to those old providers(created during first time RCAS deployment), the impacted providers are as below,
1. Philippines
2. Malaysia
3. Singapore
4. Beijing
5. Shanghai
6. Hong Kong
The data for column COUNTRY in table PROVIDER should be country code. However, for these old providers, the data is using country name, which is not tally with the system coding. These providers are not created from RCAS system, but manually inserted into DB during RCAS first time deployment.
To solve this issue, provide the data patching script to update the country name to country code, so all provider is able to be searched and viewed in the system. Patch RCASrelease5-SIT-00028 is released on 15-06-2016 via email.
