Please help to check and fix this issue:
Customer try toretrieve his username, when he enter details and error Thisaccount number is never been registered.
Details Customer:
Username: Ahlekdav
Name:ENGAMAT ANAK DAVID

- Status changed from New - Begin Life Cycle to Pending Customer Feedback
Got checking in code that if CIF No matched and User Status is not 4 (TAC_UNLOCKED) only will return username for forget username function.
Based on our findings, our code have checking that user status 4 (TAC_UNLOCKED) is not allow to use forget username function.
Further tracing shows that the code was committed at 2010-12-13.
Anyone from business side can confirm on this requirement?
For interim solution
In IBAM:
1) Suspend user
2) Unsuspend user
In RIB:
1) User use forget username
2) Retrieve username
3) Reset Password (if user still remember)
4) If user don't remember the password, use forget password function
5) Login with new password
