Based on the feedback from performance team on 14-06-2016, there is no fail operation or slowness operation being detected and recorded for both RCAS web and webservice. Also, from our checking in log file, no slowness or error is logged.
From the feedback from performance team and our investigation, we would like to conclude that there is no slowness operation detected during the reported time interval.
