Kindly attend below request:
For ACCOUNT INFO > Corporate Action, summary page shown unknown on the Status for a event but not all event happen the same.
It seem like happen on the new event only.
Issue's information already send to penril support of eCustody.
Please assist to check.

1. The rec type value in DB is empty, this leads to system not able to perform data mapping and thus result in displaying the unknown status.
2. The corporate action information is passed from host via batch loader, thus bank should check with iCustody, and make sure iCustody to pass in the value for rec type, in order for eCustody to do the mapping
We will close this issue at our end, since this issue is caused by empty value for rec type that passed from iCustody.
