- Status changed from New - Begin Life Cycle to Pending Customer Feedback
1. This issue is caused by no application access tied to the user. It seem the application access for thw user was revoked before.
2. Requested Bank to check with RCMS, and ask RCMS to re-grant the access for the user, replied on 15-06-2016
3. Feedback from BBO, the user now has access to RCMS, thus, the user should be able to login without error, updated on 16-06-2016
