Hi,
Kindly attend below request:

Kindly need your assistance to check on this issue:

1. Customer unable to login by using approver id with a message invalid password/security token no.
2. CC had advised customer to login as CA and reset ‘approver’ password and security token and later after that re-assign the serial token no. to the same approver.
3. Customer had logout from the system and login again as CA just to double-check the token status to which it is successfully assigned to the ‘approver’.
4. CC also had guided her to click ‘reset password’ for the approver id and she successfully change to a new password.
5. Customer did revoke the token and then reassign to the approver. It was successful.
6. The final action taken by customer was to performed the Activate Security Token but failed with error message ‘Serial Token no does not exist’.
7. After that, she try again to login as approver but still failed. Message appeared on screen invalid password/security token no
