Description
An error occured when company try to register selected event. The error --> "Company already exist" and "An error occured while submit registration form. Please try again"

Please fix as soon as possible since many events are in the registration process.
For your information, there are more than 5 similiar cases happened this week.

Issue:
When search company got message "Company not exist" and proceed to create company. But when submit, got message "Company already exist".
Cause:
For public registration page, there is no "-" symbol remover when search company ROC and submit page has "-" symbol remover.
Solution:
Add javascript for "-" symbol remover.
Test scenario:
1. Access public event list.
2. Click Register for an event.
3. Type in ROC number with - symbol.
Expected result:
The - symbol should be removed and able to find company.
