Yes we can. But not the RCAS link for pingen.
FYI, this issue is not new. IT resolved it before.

I tried again. Issue still persist.

Hi Tech Support,

Please investigate why unable to login to RCAS to perform pingen:

1.       Attempted to login to RCAS.

2.       System prompted “Wrong username or password” after 2 min loading although login details are correct

As confirmed from bank, issue resolved after restarted HSM. Issue can be closed.
