Description
Setting Up Phoenix Port number 9001 for IBFT Staging.
Requires setting up a Data Source on WebLogic,
deployment of new ESBWebService for the port number, recreating Proxy Service and Business Service on AquaLogic for PhoenixXAPI, PhoenixTPI, PhoenixWS and PhoenixGL2CASA and changing the esb.properties on IB to match with the new port number.
On 2010-11-22, setup completed excluding IB, done testing on the created environment but the port number is not accessible due to ungranted permission from IT KFH.
On 2010-11-23, completed setup on IB, successfully connected to port 9001 from IB. But still cannot be fully tested due to issue between PowerCard and MEPS.
On 2010-11-24, create a document on every process for every party's reference.

This user guide will assist user on creating a new Phoenix Port on Weblogic.
For instance Phoenix has a new Port number 9001.
In order for IB to connect to the new port, new Data Source has to be set, a new ESBWebService has to be deployed, a new set of configurations on AquaLogic and changes on esb.properties on IB.
