Inteksoft Case ID : TPMS/16-0023
Under Group Management we can control the permission of all module/sub-module either to allow to view, update or delete.
Now we need to allow Audit Group (or Senior Management Group) to access the system as View only access.
We had tried to limit the access to View only for Promotion Module for that group, but when the user use the system, the user only can view the event information and cannot view the company information.
It it workable in module Planning and Budget.
The Group Management Permission that can control the module access was being introduce by your initial development team.
Please help to solve this case.

Salam En. Rizal,
Below is summary on this issue:
1. TPMS module permission for view, create, edit and delete is based on user group configured from module ADMINISTRATION > GROUP MANAGEMENT.
2. During development, an extra group aka COMMITTEE was created to overwrite some permissions set in GROUP MANAGEMENT due to request from Matrade.
3. Currently, only ADMIN GROUP ignores COMMITTEE permission, thus able to access every module.
4. From En.Rizal explanation, there is new group created for audit as AUDIT GROUP which can ignore COMMITTEE permission like ADMIN GROUP.
Immediate solution:
- AUDIT GROUP id is hard-coded into TPMS to ignore COMMITTEE permission.
Proper solution:
- Redefine GROUP and COMMITTEE permission.
Please clarify the urgency of this issue and which solution shall be taken as both solution is consider as CR.

Below is code changes need to be made. Estimate need like 7-10 days including UAT.
A. Update Admin Group Management
- Add one new field, Ignore Committee Permission. This will allow user to access Promotion committee function.
- Need comfirmation on what to allow. There are navigation menu and update buttons(like delete, approve, reject, etc)
