The summary of this issue as below, replied on 28-07-2016
1. User MYMJMGMT9A was a virtual user before.
2. After removed the user linking, the user became a new user to RCAS where the old password is no longer be recognized..
3. When the user trying to perform login using old password, HSM will throw error, and RCAS return error code 95 to RCMS. It is because for the virtual user, the password will be removed (password become null in database), thus when trying to perform the HSM password verification using stored encrypted password(which is null), HSM will return error code 95.
4. To solve this issue, BBO need to reset password for this user, then user need to perform the login again.
User managed to login, after the password was reset.
