I would like to report bug that audit trail record is not captured and displayed at
- Post Event > JPPPA Programme > Feedback / Impact Summary Update.
- Post Event > JPPPA Programme > Feedback / Impact Summary View.

Environment : TPMSUAT
Browser : Chrome 51

Issue:
Post Event JPPPA feedback audit trail is not saved.

Cause:
Code fail to get user id for audit trail and throw error.

Solution:
Assigned user id from login session and save audit trail.

Test scenario:
  1. Access Post Event > JPPPA Programmes
  2. Edit an event.
  3. Fill in available fields and submit feedback.
  4. Once submitted, click edit and view to check audit trail at bottom page.

Expected result, audit trail should have username and time of last edit activity.

I have tested the issues and find that it displayed audit log at view and edit JPPPA Feedback page. Case closed.
