Kindly attend below request.
Please help to check on unsuccessful prepaid top up on 6/8/2016 but appeared successful at phoenix. Based on Phoenix's report, customer's account was debited and credited to Epay's account accordingly. Kindly confirm below logs dated 06/08/2016 are required for your checking: kfhib05 (ESB) i) /export/home/esbadm/startManagedWeblogic.log ii) /export/home/esbadm/nohup.out iii) All ALSB Server logs under /opt/bea/user_projects/domains/ALSBDomain/servers/ALSBServer/logs kfhib03 i) /opt/BV1TO1/JBoss/server/bv_framework0/nohup.out ii) /opt/BV1TO1/JBoss/server/bv_framework1/nohup.out iii) all logs under /opt/BV1TO1/var/logs/ kfhib04 i) /opt/BV1TO1/JBoss/server/bv_framework2/nohup.out ii) /opt/BV1TO1/JBoss/server/bv_framework3/nohup.out iii) all logs under /opt/BV1TO1/var/logs/

From our investigation. We found return message from esb is return late to IB system. IB system set this transaction as unsuccessful
because of system timeout. No revert transaction due system timeout or unknown status of esb message.
