Description

Unable to access BVMC report for consumer, as it loads blank page after clicked on “sign in” button.

Referred to Darsy. Suggested ways are:
  1. try create another user at bvmc with the same role and group and see whether the same problem still happen > the new user created didn't have the any problem logging in
  2. remove all role and assign back > problem not resolved
  3. change that particular user's password > problem resolved
