Unable to access BVMC report for consumer, as it loads blank page after clicked on “sign in†button.

Referred to Darsy. Suggested ways are:
- try create another user at bvmc with the same role and group and see whether the same problem still happen > the new user created didn't have the any problem logging in
- remove all role and assign back > problem not resolved
- change that particular user's password > problem resolved
