Seek your assistance to further investigate why 1 of the Bulk-IBG transaction (RM258.36) performed on 9 August 2016 was failed with reason insufficient fund.
According to customer, the account has sufficient fund on that day to cover this payment.

salam ashikin/shahrul. We already investigate this issue. we found the current balance is same as the transfer amount combine with charges amount. Similar issue is happen before. Please check on issue 3121. If given patches still not deploy to production . Please deploy this patches to solve this isssue
