to update News content, replace the old one with the following:
Effective 1 August 2016, our Base Rate (BR) is reduced from 2.96% to 2.86%* p.a. and Base Financing Rate (BFR) from 6.85% to 6.75%* p.a.
Sample indicative effective financing rate for a stabdard 30-year home financing amount of RM350k and has no log-in period:
