Hi,
Kindly attend below request.
We encounter one SI Astro bill payment transaction error on 27/07/2016 . Our report shown that transaction was error and fund already credited back to customer account. However, Epay claim that transaction was successful and Astro already receive payment.
Why Epay still get successful trx massage even at our end that trx not successful due to trx error.
Regarding reversal, Principal and SI Charges were reversed however GST SI Charges didn't?
Need your expertise to look over on this matters.
