Description
The transaction sequence should credit SMS Notification Charge for Sender first follow by SMS Notification Charge for Bene.

Fixed.
Also checks if SMS charges <= 0, then dont call the chargesTransfer method. User has requested to only show SMS charges more than 0 in Account History.
