Kindly attend below request:
Please assist to check on customer issue, unable to login. Admin ID had manually reset password 3 times for user MCB9A. however when user login, encountered error Inavlid User name password/organization id.
Corp : MCB
Client : MALAKOFF CORPORATION BERHAD
User ID : MCB9A
Client has complain that they are unable to reset password via manual reset password.
Please assist to check.

Dear Meng Moon, Based on log files provided, we notice that there is total 15 reset password action being called on 18-08-2016, and only the reported user MCB9A encountered invalid credential error after password reset.. As per our discussion, we suspect this issue is caused by incorrect input of password by the user. Thus, please assist to advice BBO to reset the password for this user, and get the user to retry login. Thanks.
