Please check for scheduled down time that happen in RMBP, below is the data capture from table RMBP.MBB_AC_SCHEDULE, currently the scheduled running everyday as its only validating the start_hour:start_minute and end_hour:end_minute, the schedule should be running with validating start_date,start_hour:start_minute & end_date,end_hour:end_minute. Root cause is previous check schedule down time logic didn't include the daily flag store in db which is use for enable daily down time schedule, this will cause daily down time mode always enable.
Solution is update the schedue down time logic to include the daily flag.
This fixes merge with wealth management and deploy together on 19 Dec 2016.
