Issue:
For Promotion Report, Company Detalis - Foreign Buyer(No of Buyers By product/service, order by Foreign Buyers), some foreign buyer numbers are not printed.
Cause:
Wrong report format. Report setting is 'Do not print repeated value' and cause some value to be blank. Refer screenshot.
Solution.
Update report format. Set report setting as 'Print repeated value'.
- Access Promotion Report > Company Details - Foreign Buyer > No of Buyers By product/service > order by Foreign Buyers
- Click 'Download as PDF' and 'Download as Excel'.
- Expected result, column 'Number as foreign buyer' displays all value and no blank value.
