Issue:
In Planning Activities, unable to edit 2015 events.

Cause:
Some 2015 events, some events missing city id which was made mandatory starting 2016. Thus causing null value error.

Solution:
Add null checking for city id when mapping and update event venue and sector in Planning Activities.

Test scenario:
  1. Access Planing > Planning Activities
  2. Search for 2015 events. ie GITEX or SAOGE
  3. Click edit.
  4. Expected result, edit page show up without error.
Additional test:
  1. Continuing from above, access event venue and sector in edit page.
  2. Event city in section venue and sector may be blank.
  3. Edit or add city in event venue.
  4. Edit or add event sector and make sure to fill in city and sector from dropdown option.
  5. Expected result, event city and sector can be saved and event form can be submitted.
