Problem accessing Email Marketing Module - unable to access email marketing module today from TPMS. System shows loading image but no avail.

Issue:
Email marketing module not loading email list table.
Cause:
One of the cause is browser cache produce error to email marketing table. Based on previous case, poorly handled datatable(table plugin in TPMS) can fill browser cache with unused data and later cause problem when loading datatable. However, investigation's result on 19/09/2016 shows that there are no cache related to TPMS datatable but the error still happened ONLY to email marketing. Further investigation is required and email marketing datatable may need updates.

Solution:
Current solution, clear browser cache. Need Matrade to monitor this issue until it occurs again.
