Hi,
Kindly attend below request:
Customer complaint no account displayed in his account and banking screen. Based on checking, we found that he has CA account with status = 1, Mode Operation = 4 and CA join account for his child status = 1, Mode Operation = 1.
We understand account not displayed due to Mode Operation of the account.
Require your assistance to check how this customer able to register AGRONet since we only allow MO=1 to register.
Host team confirmed last MO maintenance was done on 2012 from MO=3 to MO=4.

Possible account number used in registration: 2007422000009875
as IB do not store account number during registration.
Registration flow:
User key in:
- account number
- ATM Card number
- ATM PIN
- captcha
System call to host:
- validate ATM card number and ATM PIN (success)
- get list of account number based on returned CIF number
- compare the account number user key in
- if have in the list will allow to register
