This issue is solved. Below is the explanation provided.

  1. This issue happened after there is a problem on webserver1 (kfhib01) that down on one day that cannot up.
  2. When we migrate the SMS enhancement and increase the frequency of pickup the SMS, that requested by Zakaria, from 1 minutes per batch to 15 seconds per batch, we noticed that on webserver1(kfhib01) process slower than kfhib02 that caused multiple SMS will send out due to previous process is still hold up.
  3. In order to solve this problem, we advised IT to reduce the frequency of pickup the SMS on webserver1(kfhib01) by changing from 1 minute to 3 minutes. But as what we saw on the crontab, only the frequency of TAC is reduce, but the notification is remain the same. That why, the SMS services will grow and cause multiple SMS sent out.
  4. From our observation, some how webserver1(kfhib01) behave slower than kfhib02 that longer processing time.
  5. We only able to extract the SMS sent log from the log file and require time to study and extract. Please send us the SMS log file on that day for us to analyst.
