Description
During DR test, after swing back to Production, Kamaruddin accidentally performed billpayment trxn (astro), while epay gateway is still not yet open by KFH IT.
IB screen shows unsuccessful trxn and trxn is not debited from user account (balance remains the same).
But ePay reports the trxn was successful at their side.

Based on IB logs, the trxn was unsuccessful because the connection to ePay failed.
The response msg of the mentioned trxn was not found in any nohup.out log in kfhib03 and kfhib04.
Not sure how it happened.
Possibilities:
At IB, the request has timed out.
But maybe somehow the request in HTTP kept on retrying, even after in IB timed out.
Somehow it manage to get thru the connection and send the request to ePay.
