Tested and passed, but got 2 new issues.

1) Error message appeared at Result page however when refresh Contract listing, the New contract created listed in the list.
2) Screen not reset. When we close the Result screen (screen that display error), and click "Create Contract" button again, Create Contract Step 1 of 3 screen, the screen display field with info that we entered before.

Step to reproduce:
  1. Click on "Create Contract" button
  2. Enter required fields
  3. Click on "Next" button
  4. Click on "Confirm" button

Expected Result
System display result page with note "Contract has been successfully created"

Actual Result
Error message appeared. (See attachment)
