Have checked with customer and confirmed no transaction record for September 2016 in his e-Standing Instruction history. Upon checking at CORUS, his SI not reflected.
Detail as follow:

Amount : RM300
SI Start Date : 31 August 2016
SI End Date : 31 August 2017
Pmt Frequency : Monthly
Please help investigate and rectify this problem.
