Seek your confirmation on the e-IBFT transaction performed on 21 & 22.10.16.
Upon checking in BVMC Report the status was "not found" and reflected in MEPS report as approved.
Also reflect in power card report as approved.
Appreciate the status update by today.

Salam Shahrul/Ashikin From our investigation. We found no record on affected transaction at database. We suspect IB system unable to store data to database. On the log, we cannot find any clue/error when data store database. Our suggestion is to deploy logger enhancement patches to detect this error at future.
