Please help to check and fix below issue:
<Summary>
On 13/10/2016, Initiator (Username : MLLEOW) performed Bulk Payment. At Bulk Payment-File Upload screen, the “Browse” button was not working. The user only allowed to choose the “File Type”. The browser used by customer is Internet Explorer, Version 11. The user then was advised to use browser Google Chrome and managed to upload the Bulk Payment file accordingly.
