I need to attach chronology and explanation for proper tracking:
31 October 2016 11:50: Issue being raised in Customer Support Portal
31 October 2016 12:35: Wahyu replied asking for quick response
31 October 2016 12:42: Tommy replied that investigation is still in progress
31 October 2016 15:18: Gabby replied in email: Re: [Request ID :##3448##] : M2U FCR menu still accessible during holiday
After further investigation and comparing with M2U version to 2.1 (deployment 30th June 2016), there seems some issue with code merging with fixes with SCP ID 3237 also holiday date implementation for SKN RTGS.
However, based on test script inside SIT Server "/IBM/SHARE FOLDER/Test Script/CC via SKN & FCR /CC SKN & FCR Test Script", FCR was able to be performed during weekend.

07 November 2016 17:02: Gabby asked Wahyu for feedback
09 November 2016 17:04: Haida update with reviewed and updated test scrpt. She instructed to provide more screenshot for item 1.6

14 November 2016 17:44: Tommy asked for Wahyu feedback. At the same time he delivered deployment guidelines and release notes.
15 November 2016 12:24: Gabby replied email from Haida sent on9 November 17:04 that: "Tommy had updated that document in Alfresco with same link and delivered to Wahyu yesterday."
16 November 2016 15:05: Haida replied:

Thank you. Yesterday Tommy had uploaded it to Alfresco, so far there is no further update. Or do you mean to ‘download’ from the one updated by you instead?
For deployment guidelines and release notes, they are combined into 1 document with JCB fixes (Re: [Request ID :##945##] : Credit Card Session timeout for JCB card).
