Description
Hi Kah Yan,
There is an issue with SOCSO on UAT.
Details:
Customer can upload file within period of test result status receive from SOCSO. The grace period for the test result status and update in BIB is within 3 working days.
Expacted Result:
Disable customer from uploade file within duration of receiving test result status from SOCSO and successfully updated in BIB (grace period : 3 working days)
Kindly fix the bug.

Added validation to check status if is null or sent, not allow to upload new file.

Please confirm with Lee Yong if allow to upload new file after 3 days or use existing file.

Hi Kah Yan,
System will auto resend the test file when processing more than 3 days. Please help to deploy my changes into SIT environment for Erni to do testing. Please pull project ibsscore, bib, bib-bulk-cron and ibam.

Pending verification from User to drop this issue based on Summary of the discussion at 3/11/2016 10AM
1) Test Result will be available 11PM, operator to grab the file, operator to email file before 8AM next day to VB team.
2) No need to lock customer upload file for the 3 days period.
3) IB to check on the same file. Customer not allow to upload same file.
