Description
Hi Chee Onn,
Details for new requirement as per discussion dated 3/11/2016 as below :
1. Enable customer to upload file for the 3 days period.
2. IB to validate the same file. Customer not allowed to upload the same file
3. If same contribution month and year, the file will accept file if file name and details are different.
4. Customer to rectify unsuccessful file, the current file will be be marked as unsuccessful.
5. Debiting customer's C/A upfront when customer upload file. Reversal will be manual done by operation.
6. To add service note to upload 5 working days prior to 15th each month for first file
7. Customer able to reupload the amended file if the test file result is unsuccessful. VB will contact customer to reupload file.
Kindly add the new requirement.

Hi Erni,
Please test for below item after deployment done by Kah Yan.
1. Enable customer to upload file for the 3 days period.
- Please test after deployment.
2. IB to validate the same file. Customer not allowed to upload the same file
- Current system already got validate same file with md5 checksum. If file name and file content is same will prompt error message.
3. If same contribution month and year, the file will accept file if file name and details are different.
- Imposible to check details by db details one by one to. It will cause so much system memory to perform this validation. Current system already got validate the same file name and same file by the md5 checksum.
4. Customer to rectify unsuccessful file, the current file will be be marked as unsuccessful.
- Please test after deployment done.
5. Debiting customer's C/A upfront when customer upload file. Reversal will be manual done by operation.
- Debit direct from customer without check the test file successful or not.
6. To add service note to upload 5 working days prior to 15th each month for first file
- Bank to add.
7. Customer able to reupload the amended file if the test file result is unsuccessful. VB will contact customer to reupload file.
- When test file return is failed, mark the record to unsuccessful and allow user to reupload. Please test after deployment done.
