Chronology of this case ID as follows:
- 07 November 2016 09:37 : Case ID created,
- 07 November 2016 09:45 : Wahyu sent screen capture for the issue,
- 07 November 2016 : Gabby tested in bii-rib-sit that issue cannot be replicated, did not informed Wahyu yet,
- 08 November 2016 17:38 : Gabby replied in email:
As spoken yesterday, I tried to test using bii-rib-sit in SIT but unable to replicate the issue.
Also today, tested using bii-rib-prod-v2.2 (reverted to current prod version) both in firefox; and IE in your laptop, but unable to replicate the issue as well.
Thus we need your kind assistance to pull jsp from production so we can compare with the one in our repository. File name: ibsForeignTelegraphicTransferDetails.jsp

Update chronology of this issue:
14th November 2016 10:55: Verbally Wahyu told me that issue happened in DR (current running app) + production
Wahyu also emailed that date in server for this JSP was 5 October 2016
14th November 2016 13:23: Gabby replied:
Based on investigation, that jsp you have sent from DR environment was not as the same as the one in our repository. Our repository contains latest production code on 6th October 2016 v2.2.
How to check: Compare below file with DC (PROD) environment.
File location: /IBM/WebSphere/AppServer/profiles/AppSrv01/installedApps/DEVSITWEBAPPRMBPCell01/bii-rib-prod-v2.2.ear/bii-rib-1.0-SNAPSHOT.war/jsp/ib104_fundtransfer/ttfcy/ibsForeignTelegraphicTransferDetails.jsp

14th November 2016 : As per informed by Wahyu verbally, this issue has been fixed by updating the JSP on the fly.
