Customer initiator and approver unable to login for agronetbiz account. The error shown is "session is expired”. Customer already clear cache,delete history & use different browser:Google Chrome,Mozzila,IE but error still appeared. Customer also haven’t perform any transaction yet. Jaguar405: User authenticate successful. Error at host message. Please check if production and dr has the same host changes.
Mercedes405: Verify token return 98 ERR_SYSTEM_NOT_READY). Please provide the SystemOut and SystemErr log from DR authentication server for further investigation.
