Issue: M2U system calls ESB exchange rate service for IDR to IDR transaction
Root cause: This was current system code architecture. When system initializes the calculation amount method, current system will get the buy rate and sell rate from host no matter the rate is IDR or not.
Solution: Fix the code, by provide additional checking for IDR to IDR only transaction
Impact: All module related to financial transaction
Area to test: Transfer, bill payment, purchase menu

Please review the test result. So far we could only test IDR to IDR transaction due to lack of testing data for debiting account with foreign currency. Kindly provide us foreign currency account for thorough testing inside ribuser1.
Do inform us once test data is ready, so we could prepare for SIT Script document.

I think this case ID will be re-open later, because this fixes have not yet been merged with current M2U and RMBP version 2.4.

Spoken with Wahyu on the phone, that leave it as it is for right now (do not merge with v2.4) because this version will be deployed soon. I have sent email and let Wahyu reply.

Please help to get periodical update from Wahyu. Thanks.
