kindly attend this case.
a) There's 1 SI TNB Bill pmt was failed on 29/11/2016 however the GST portion was not reverted resulted we have to reverse manual to customer.
b) Furthermore, ePAY confirmed that this transaction was successful. Why our report shown as unsuccessful?

Salam Shahrul/Ashikin From our investigation we found billpayment transaction failed due of no response or late response from epay. We already fix logic error of gst revert structure and deliver new patches. Please get new patches from below path. //10.20.8.35/internet banking/20161202_3508_billpayment_si_gst_rev
