I just have a chance to update this because redmine was frequently down (20, 28 December 2016, 3rd January 2016).
The issue has been fixed, pushed to mercurial with following details:
Issue: Other credit card payment (kerjasama & non kerjasama) has no email notification.
Root cause: System bug (missed out the notification function).
Solution: Fix the code

It has been deployed to production (M2U only, RMBP not yet) on 21st December 2016.
