Description

Hi,
Kindly attend below request:

Currently, user face issue to authorize new created user id in custody admin.

1. User create new user id in custody admin on 05/01/2017 and today want to authorize but receive error message ‘User id has been used. Please choose a new one’
2. User check in CAS admin, user id (eg: CMENGJIAN) already there but user id not show in user maintenance of Custody Admin.

Please assist to check.

Issue:
eCustody admin cannot authorized created user. Error message shows "User id has been used".

Cause:
When authorizing, request is sent to CAS to create user and send email. However, mailing server at CAS is not working causing delay in response time. eCustody server has a timeout for 1 minute when waiting for request and will send another request to CAS. Due to this, CAS replies with error code 11 which shows error message "User id has been used".

Solution:
1. Fix mailing server at CAS.
2. Create the missing eCustody user profile to skip authorization.
