Hi,
Kindly attend below request:
Customer did 3rd party transfer yesterday (25/01/17). Upon confirmation, its automatically logout . Customer perform again the same transaction, and it went through and successful and received a SMS notification.
Upon checking, customer realized system debit my account twice.
The transaction did not reflect at KFH Online trx history report. The transaction reflected 2 times in phoenix report but only once in BVMC report.
Please help investigate and rectify this problem. Details as below

Salam Shahrul/Ashikin,
From our investigation. We cannot find any error/bug at log file and source code .Our suggestion is to deploy logger enhancement at production to able trace the error.
