After investigation, it looks like that there is no issue in the system.

Reported issue:
Please help to check for issue that M2U not display correct avail balance,
In below screen capture its display 2,012,729,544,082,073,54,
if we check on the acc info based on timestamp : 167104132.00

Issue:
In screen capture by customer, balance shown as 2,012,729,544,082,073,54 in page 19. Bank would like to know if balance displayed is true/accurate.

Root cause:
There is no issue with M2U application.
How?
We exported the debit credit value from log to excel.
There are 264 debit transactions, 7 credit transactions. Resulting 19 pages  of history (1 page holds 15 transactions). So in conclusion, the result in screenshot vs log seems accurate.

The calculation of balance in last page is done as follows:
= IDR 167,104,132.00 + (264 debit transactions - 1 transaction) - 7 credit transactions. Why is there minus one transaction? Because last item in page 19 transaction is not counted for calculating oldest balance. Refer below diagram to ease understanding:

Attached is the calculation in excel. Why is there IDR 3.54 difference? Because excel only supports 15 digit precision compared to 16 digit data owned by this customer.
