Kindly attend below request:

Please help to check on the JomPAY transaction rejected during IBG processing with reason "invalid characters found in the record" (as in myClear validation status report).

iSentic has revert that there is no error when request sent and data retrieval from IBG and MyClear side. Thus, need your assistance to further check on the IBG processing.
