Please assist to check on this. Findings from EBWORX as below. Email has been separately for further checking.
ANALYSIS
During approve the task, RMCS will send request to RCAS to verify the authorisation code keyed in by the user and will process the task if the RCAS response Success. From CAS.log, we found RCAS response the request with response code 30 (Invalid OTP). Therefore, RCMS will throw the error message of “Invalid Authorisation Code”.

RECCOMENDATION
Kindly check with user whether user input the correct authorisation code, if issue still persist please liaise with RCAS team regarding response code 30 for this authorisation.

Tried re assign the token, But user still not able to approve.

Maybank will raised the issue to Vasco team.
