Muad Saud Alosaimi
Chairman & Independent Non-Executive Director

Mr Muad Saud Alosaimi ("Mr Alosaimi") was appointed as the Chairman / Independent Non-Executive Director of Kuwait Finance House (Malaysia) Berhad on [date]. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from from George Mason University, U.S.A.

He served as a Board Member of several companies including Kuwait Gate Holding Company from 2004 to 2014, Kuwaiti Financial Center Company from 2008 to 2011 and Al Raya Holding Company from 2005 to 2009 (Vice Chairman).

In April 2015, Mr. Alosaimi was appointed as the Executive Manager to the Estate of Mohammed Alosaimi (a family-owned international investment portfolio). He has also been working as the Deputy General Manager of True Value Central Market Company since 2003. He previously worked at the Investment Department of Aayan Leasing and Investment Company in 2002 and completed an 18-month specialized training program at the Kuwaiti Investment Authority (KIA) in 2001.
