Description
Actual Result: Enter future DOB, can proceed trnx.
Expected Result: To validate DOB, disable D.O.B input text. system only allow picker only.

Resolution:
Add validation.
if inputted date is > today date.
Throw error

Note for validation:
This validation will be put in the service area. as the other validation (required, numeric, match length) will be validate first, if all is ok. The checking for DOB will be run.
So the error message will not come out together with the other validation.
