1) User Profile->Quick Access->Enable
2) Call RESTful API to check on does the Quick Access has been enable from Internet Banking

1) Call RESTful API isQuckViewSetup().
1.1) If false and the phone has Finger Print module, then store the Quick View flag locally to allow future access.
1.2) If false and the pone does not has Finger Print module, then prompt user "You must setup your Quick View at Internet Banking" and then do not store the Quick View flag.
1.3) If true, then store the Quick View flag locally.
User->Quick View:
2) If the phone Quick View is enabled and has Finger Print module, then allow access via Finger Print authentication to access Quick View
3) If the phone Quick View is enabled and does not has Finger Print module, then prompt user to key in the Pass Code setup at the Internet Banking to access Quick View
4) Call RESTful API getQuickViewAccountList() to get the list of account summary and build the display page

integration to restful API already implemented, but for demo proposed on latest build show dummy data for quick balance
